Owner

As the owner of a proud second-generation family business, he has been immersed in the home improvement industry since 1999. Starting at a young age as a laborer, he worked his way through every aspect of the trade, from hands-on construction to project management, gaining a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and customer care. Today, he leads the company with the same dedication and values it was built on. He is a certified CertainTeed and GAF installer, a Velux dealer, and a Harvey Pro partner, handling everything from estimating and design to full-scale construction.

Nicholas (Son) – The Estimator/ Project Manager

Nicholas has been immersed in the roofing, siding, and window industry from a young age, working alongside his father in the warehouse since he was 14. His hands-on experience includes time on job sites, where he learned the trade from the ground up. For the past five years, Nicholas has also been involved in estimating, bringing both field knowledge and practical insight to each project. He holds certifications from CertainTeed and GAF, as well as a Massachusetts state certification in mold. His blend of early industry exposure, on-site experience, and professional credentials makes him a strong asset in both operations and client planning.

Kitchen and Bath Design Expert

I work alongside my husband in our family-run business specializing in roofing, siding, and windows. For the past five years, I’ve brought my passion for design into our renovation projects, helping clients transform their kitchens and bathrooms. From selecting tiles and paint colors to choosing lighting and fixtures, I love guiding homeowners through the design process and making their vision a reality. Being part of our family business allows me combine creativity with craftsmanship, and I truly enjoy every step of the journey.

Mold Removal Specialist

A proud graduate of Salem High School in New Hampshire, he excelled academically as an honor student and ranked among the top of his class. Throughout his school years, he was an active member of the baseball and football teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and dedication both on and off the field. Certified by the state of Massachusetts in mold and lead safety, he brings professionalism and expertise to every project. He has been a valued member of the Bay State family since 2016.

With 42 years of experience in the construction industry, Framer brings deep expertise to every project. He has served as a General Contractor and Building Inspector and is well-versed in all areas of residential and light commercial construction. He also holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, reflecting his broad credentials and commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety.

Joseph

Window and Door Installer

Joseph Fabiano is a veteran window and door installer with more than 41 years in the construction industry. Since 2002, he has worked exclusively with Bay State Exteriors, specializing in both replacement and new construction installations.

Joseph is experienced with a wide range of leading brands, including Harvey, Pella, Andersen, and Therma-Tru. From residential projects to large-scale commercial work, his craftsmanship and consistency stand out.

One of his most notable achievements was installing over 8,000 windows for Massport at Logan Airport between 2005 and 2008. His long-term dedication and depth of experience make him a trusted expert in the field.

Project Manager for Bay State Exteriors Since 2017

Eric Vieira has served as a Project Manager for Bay State Exteriors since 2017. With a strong background in repair work, framing, and flooring, he brings hands-on knowledge to every job.

Eric coordinates and oversees daily activity across multiple job sites, ensuring crews stay on track and projects move smoothly from start to finish. His experience in both field work and project guidance makes him a dependable leader and problem solver on site.
